Q.How can I submit a listing?
A.Submitting a listing is really easy.
Just click on “Add Your Listing” from the top menu, choose the best subscription package for you and start describing your business.
Once you have finished, see the preview and submit your listing
Q.Can I choose more than one category for my listings?
A.Yes, you can choose more than one category for your listings.
An Agency that provides help with finding student accommodation, but also organizes group trips can choose both “Student Accommodation” and “Trips”.
Q.How can I get the “Verified” badge on my listings?
A.[THIS FEATURED WILL BE AVAILABLE IN A FEW WEEKS]
To verify one of your listings, you have to click on “Claim Your Listing” on the top right of the listing page.
You will be asked to prove that you are the real owner of the business (or apartment).
Q.How can I change my email address and my password?
A.To change your email address or your password:
2) Visit your account (from the top menu);
3) Select “Edit your password and account details”.
Q.What payment methods do you accept?
A.You can pay with Paypal, but if do not have a Paypal account, don’t worry! You can also pay with your credit card.
In this case, you will need to click the “Proceed to Paypal” button on the checkout page, then choose the card payment instead of logging into Paypal.
Q.Can I get a Tax/VAT Invoice for my purchase?
A.You will be issued with a Tax/VAT invoice which is valid for accounting purposes.
If you own or represent a company, please write your VAT identification number in the notes on the checkout page or contact The Erasmus Bible.
Q.Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
A.At this moment it is not possible to automatically upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
However, for upgrades you can cancel your subscription (Account > recent orders > view order > cancel) and buy a new subscription package.
Note: In this case, you will need to submit your listings again. Please, contact The Erasmus Bible for help.
Q.Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
A.Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account (Account > recent orders > view order > cancel).
Q.We are a non-profit organization, can we have a discount?
A.If you are a non-profit organization, you can contact The Erasmus Bible to receive a discount on your subscription.
You will need to prove that you are a non-profit organization.
